PR(iSM) is working with Cliquish to set the tone for brands & creators in the influencer marketing industry. By utilizing our 'Policy Reconstruction' and 'One on One Coaching' processes, we’ve collaborated with Cliquish to produce a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 'Resource Center,’ capturing inequities in the influencer market space. Resources have been developed for over 20k content creators and brands alike, challenging the status quo and amplifying the need for equitable practices, policies and procedures in the influencer marketing industry.

She is a trained researcher, strategist and facilitator on all topics social justice related. Rachael holds a BA in Communication from UConn & an MSc in Social Research from Goldsmiths, University of London. She loves her plants, vegan food, expressing herself through funky clothes/makeup and listening to waves crash (she’s a cancer 🦀)!
