My goal is to change the color of coaching to a more inclusive hue. Most life coaching communities I've been a part of for the past 16 years have not been diverse. People of color and those from marginalized communities need coaches and mental health professionals more than any other group in America. The stress and injustices they face everyday make them more susciptible to strokes, heart attacks

and high blood pressure. My mission is to teach my students to coach, so they can heal their own internal wounds. From They learn to unlock their special gifts and talents I call genius. Then they are ready to learn to create a life they love. With their new found knowledge they will share their healing with the world one person or one group at a time.This is how we heal ourselves first in order to create a world filled with love, peace and joy.
