I'm focusing on HCROI this year after 25-plus years of An Art Consulting Limited Partnerships. IT'S TIME.
Human capital ROI (HCROI) is a strategic HR metric that reflects the financial value added by the workforce as a result of the money spent on employees (in terms of recruiting, employee compensation, talent management, training, etc.). It shows the value that employees contribute individually or collectively.

Return on investment (ROI) is a performance measure used to evaluate the efficiency or profitability of an investment or compare the efficiency of some different investments. ROI tries to directly measure the return on a particular investment relative to the investment's cost.

This morning I was researching the terms in Indicators for an application I was working on. The best advice is, "However, this does not mean you should set project success criteria on a stone. Once you have defined them before the start of a given project, you should be aware that they can change and evolve as the project progresses. Therefore, do not be rigid. Allow yourself to revise and make necessary adjustments as you go along."

I have a visit from a praying mantis and tried to shoo him away, he was still there this morning. This is the blessing I almost missed.

Overwhelmingly in most cultures the mantis is a symbol of stillness. As such, she is an ambassador from the animal kingdom giving testimony to the benefits of meditation, and calming our minds. An appearance from the mantis is a message to be still, go within, meditate, get quite and reach a place of calm.
