Patience isn’t easy.
But it tends to win.

I’ve noticed a pattern over time:
The days that start earlier tend to run better.
There’s actually data behind it—research has shown that people who wake up earlier often report higher levels of productivity and consistency in their routines.
For me, the biggest difference is what happens before the day gets busy.
Getting a workout in early creates a kind of momentum that’s hard to replicate later on. Clearer head, better focus, fewer excuses.
It’s not always easy, but it’s one of those habits that tends to compound quietly over time.
Still working on getting it right more often than not.
