It’s been a while, but I have some updates and wins🏆🎉 📝Jan-March participated in some fitness challenges. I didn’t do too bad. Usually, I go all in with challenges, but I took it easy. I didn’t stress myself like I normally do.
I am able to do 30 mins now on the stair master. I used to do it for 15 mins.
I completed 500 workouts.
I got down to actually 172 at the end of February. I got a body scan, good thing I have 60% muscle that I have been building. Still have to work on cutting a lot of body fat. Looking back at this, I have accomplished a lot. Last month, kind of let my old habits slip back in because I felt like it’s still taking a while. But trying to get back on track and adjust. Will see how the how the next few months go. Stay tuned.

Made it to the gym today to do leg day. Didn’t want to go at all, but pressed my way. These dumbbell reverse lunges are the devil. Then having my knee touch the mat is another level, but I could never do this. So I am making progress little by little.

Made it to the gym on the first day of the new year! Was lounging around, I finally got up as the day got later and later. I have never hit 500 calories on the treadmill. I walked for a hour at 15.0 incline and 3.0 speed the whole time and got my heart rate to 140. Starting off the year on a good foot!

Got my last workout in before the year ends! Happy New Year to everyone!

HELLO!
It’s been a while since I introduced myself! For those who haven’t met me yet, I’m Jerrica and I help moms that want to lose weight and get fit. Im am in the process of losing my baby weight (I know it has been two years, lol) and preparing for my first bikini competition. To achieve this, I have partnered with Topknotstrong that specializes in bikini competition training.

Today I want to share a few of my proudest moments since I started this process. I finally hit 175 and haven’t seen that number since 2021!

I was able to get my heart rate up to 140 in 4/5 cardio sessions!

I have definitely seen progress from now till last year!

Now I want to hear your proudest moments, too. No matter how big or small!
