Assistant will take care of Administrative duties handed down by the client which will range from various customer service duties as well as completing confidential paperwork, and securing various vendors/venues for the client performances. Candidate will be responsible for answering emails not only from vendors, but customers as well. Final reports from events may be requested to be documented.
Ideal candidate will have:
- excellent customer service skills
- great phone voice with proper diction
- proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word & Excel
- proficient in Social Media Marketing and analysis
- Some graphic design knowledge is a plus
- able to communicate with various marketing vendors such as Groupon, Goldstar, etc., translate information from client to vendor, and collect sales analysis following performances
- able to read and understand simple contracts per the request of client
- able to function as an accounts payable person
Job candidate will be asked to be available to work flexible hours during the week, with special focus on performance days. Work weeks are 30 hours with the potential of earning additional hours ONLY AS NEEEDED.
Job candidate may be asked to virtually run shows via phone and computer as an assistant to client.
