Our company’s leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Remote Security Sales Manager to lead our remote sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates sales consultants while understanding what drives customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and leading an experienced team of Sales Associates. Create your own hours, work at your own pace. The position is responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas by prospecting and marketing to the following spaces: Construction Sites, Dealerships, Retail, Apartment/Condos, Industrial Security and Cannabis Depositories
Sales Management responsibilities and duties
· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales security program according
· Maintain in-depth security surveillance and monitoring product knowledge and educate customers about the products
· Manage, generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
· Identify ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target markets
· Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement new security sales strategies
· Meet with sales consultants to discuss innovative ways to effectively sell to customers
· Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all company policies and procedure.
Sales Management Requirements and Qualifications

· Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
· Thrive as an individual and as part of a team
· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degrees are preferred
· 5+ years in leadership sales management position
· Familiarity with CRM software
· Experience in the security sales background is a plus
· Discipline to work from home with little supervision
