Thinking about all the ways we transition in the normal course of life. From child to youth (a Wordle word yesterday), from adult to mid-life and beyond. We go from play to work and, often back to play. From school to work; some to parenthood; with no time on our hands, to too much time on our hands. We start with no money to having money, sometimes more than we hoped and yet, some still worry about putting food on the table. We come into the world alone, are nurtured by family (if we're lucky), make friends, find life partners and life-long friendships; we lose friends and partners as we age. Transitions. Resilience. How (if we're lucky), we develop resilient mindsets when we are younger and which help us cope with transitions all through our lives.Today
