2026 Retreat Recap: Day 3 🤝

We saved the best for last on the final day of our company retreat!
Our day started with volunteering at four local nonprofits: The Education Partnership, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, Global Links, and Tree Pittsburgh.

Then, we stopped by the National Aviary, home to more than 150 species of birds and animals. The retreat concluded with a farewell reception at our HQ in the US Steel Tower, complete with live painting and music.

Our 2026 retreat was a great reminder of the value of cross-functional learning and team building. Until next time, Team Decision!

2026 Retreat Recap: Day 2 🔍

Day 2 of our company retreat combined learning, teamwork, and plenty of clues!

We kicked off the day with breakfast and team sessions before making our way to the Carnegie Museum of Natural History for a museum-wide scavenger hunt. Lastly, we wrapped up with department dinners.

2026 Retreat Recap: Day 1 🌟

We kicked things off with dinner at the historic Omni William Penn, giving our team time to reconnect, catch up, and enjoy an evening together before a few busy days of learning, collaboration, and team building.
