Last month I finished painting a beautiful home from my repeat clients. You see two years ago they bought a condominum which I painted and this year they bought a home. The colors they chose are vibrant and beautiful. I am grateful for my clients. They are grateful, cool, kind, and caring. I enjoyed painting their beautiful home. 2 years ago in 2023 I painted this condominium for a new client who saw my post in Ukrainian village facebook community page. I really loved the colors they chose for their place. As you can see I added a lot of photos to show my extensive meticulous prep work and the detail high quality work in my paint jobs. That year I did several jobs in that neighborhood. Clients stopped by on a Saturday sunny afternon to see the progress and brought tacos. We shared a nice lunch together and had a great conversation in the dining room. They are very happy with my work. I am happy and grateful to do this for living. Painting is an art and the walls are my canvas!

Two years ago I did a job for a referral from a real estate agent I work with. I am very grateful for his referrals and trust. Thank you 🙏. I enjoyed painting this townhome. Client is such a wonderful person. I enjoyed the conversations, the food, the tea, and Pinot her dog. Thank you for your business and trust. I appreciate it 🙏. By the way this wonderful client was so kind to repost my work in Ukrainian village facebook community page. I didnt expect that. That year in 2023 because of her wonderful gesture I received 9 referrals who became clients. One client from Humbold Park community facebook group has repeated business with me 4 times since then.The most challenging part of this project was to climb up the 36 feet ladder to fix the windows with patching and caulking. My client didn't think I was going to go up there. I assured her that I could do it. It looks intimidating but I am used to heights and I am not afraid. You see I grew up in my family farm in the jungle of Perú. As a kid I would climb trees to get mango, caimito, tangerine, orange and especially sapote fruits. I remember as a kid I would climb the sapote tree and drop the fruits so my family members can eat. Up there in the tree I would eat my fruit like a monkey and enjoy the beautiful exuberant amazing view of our family farm. Wonderful memories!

Last year in July I painted this Peruvian restaurant on Addison IL. It was a special job because I am Peruvian and the owner is a good friend of mine. I have known him since 2010. I remember he hired me to perform Peruvian andean music in Chicago for some friends. I am forever grateful for his friendship, trust, and business. Thank you my dear friend. I appreciate you!The most elegant warm and cool restaurant I have been and I had the pleasure to paint. I met the staff. One of the cooks share the same as me. Everyone treated me well. If you have never tried Peruvian food you should. It's so delicious. The restaurant is called Rio's Addidon.
The warmth, elegance, and kindness I felt in this place made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Last year in May and June I did a job for a repeat client. It's a condominium association. I have painted this stairwell porch 6 years ago. It maintained well. I highly recommend that your stairwell porch/ deck is maintained every 3 to 4 years. The weather in chicago is brutal with snow and rain. I did 3 decks last year. As you can see this time clients asked to powerwash and stain fence. Also to powerwash and stain underneath the steps and landings of the entire stairwell deck. This job requires a lots of good preparation. One you need to cover and ask vehicles to move out of the way. Two powewash and whatever doesn't come out scrape and sand. Three you have to work with Chicago's weather. Once you powerwash you need to let porch dry very well like at least 48 hours afterwards and have good weather to stain. Finally the touch ups and detail are very important.

Last year in May I did a job for a condominium association in Ukrainian village. This job comes from the page in that neighborhood. They contacted me after my client reposted my post of my paint work at her townhome. I have 10 clients since the repost. As you can see I primed areas on the walls, painted the walls, doors, windows. I had to come back and resume work in the last top unit in September.I found an issue on the ceiling. After I installed drywall and patched I could still see water marks. I recommended to have the roof fixed before finishing with my job. I am grateful for this work. The condominium association was great.

In November of 2023 I did a drywall repair on the ceiling. People ask me if I do drywall work and yes I do. Besides interior and exterior painting I do drywall installation and repair and other handyman work like installing baseboards, fix doors, carpentry , removal and applying caulking/ silicone in kitchen and bathtubs , etc.

In September of last year a client came from a Facebook community page in Ukrainian village. She is like my 10th client from that neighborhood. It all began in 2023 when a happy client reposted my post in that Facebook community. I am grateful for her post. I am happy and grateful for repeat business and referrals.
