Sometimes my clients want to pay me by the hour or pay me in installments and that works fine for me. I like to build a LONG TERM business relationship with the client especially the right client. Another trait that sets me apart from the rest is my pleasing PERSONALITY. I smile a lot, have a good sense of humor, have positive, and respectful attitude. As a painter the greatest reward that I get is the excited happy satisfied reaction of my clients after they see the end results of my work. They would share their satisfaction with their friends over the phone or invite them over just to share with them their new great looking freshly painted house, mansion, condominium or apartment.
