We're excited to welcome Jovone to the Concord team!

Jovone first joined Concord in 2022 as a Project Management Intern on our Owner’s Representative team. Since then, he has continued to grow professionally, and we're thrilled to announce that, following his graduation from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee this spring, he has officially joined Concord full-time as a Project Manager I.

In his new role, Jovone will support project teams in the day-to-day ex*****on of projects, helping keep budgets, schedules, and owner objectives on track.

Outside of work, Jovone enjoys giving back to his community, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Wisconsin.

Our team was proud to attend the steel topping out ceremony for the new multi-purpose professional soccer stadium and community venue last Friday. As the Owner's Representative, it has been exciting to support the project through this major milestone and see the vision for this transformational development continue to take shape.

The ceremony also served as an opportunity to recognize the many workers and trades whose dedication and craftsmanship have helped bring the project to this point. We look forward to following the project's progress and the positive impact it will have on the Grand Rapids community for years to come.

We had a great time today celebrating the ribbon cutting for the new Mobile Care Chicago White Sox Van! It was a wonderful event recognizing an initiative that helps provide no-cost oral health care to children across Chicagoland. It was also great to see Chicago White Sox players join in for the ribbon cutting, meet attendees, and sign hats.

We’re excited to welcome John to the Concord team! 👏

John joins Concord as a Project Coordinator, supporting project teams through all phases of project delivery by helping manage schedules, project documentation, and team coordination.

John graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technologies. During college, he balanced his studies with Division 1 rugby before spending two years playing professional rugby in Utah. His background as both an athlete and construction professional has helped shape his strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

This past weekend, Concord was proud to sponsor a table at the PALM Gala hosted by the Roberto Hernández Center, where we celebrated Jovone Camargo as one of this year’s Puente Award recipients.

The Puente Award honors a graduating Latine student who has demonstrated a significant commitment to building and maintaining connections between University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and the Milwaukee community, in addition to upholding high academic standards while embodying leadership and success.

Jovone joined Concord as an intern right after graduating high school from Milwaukee Public Schools, and his growth, dedication, and impact have been clear ever since. We’re proud to be part of his journey and to see his work recognized in such a meaningful way.
