California Window Fashions went above and beyond this customer’s expectations and earned a five star yelp review!
From the minute we walked into the Hunter Douglas showroom, the service and attention were top notch. Kim was wonderful, explaining the differences in the products, offering alternatives and providing tons of selections in multiple price ranges. Alex came to my home, was very patient as we went through book after book and finally selected colors and different products that were just right for what I wanted. He also went above and beyond by evaluating a Hunter Douglas blind that I had purchased years ago, which was showing some wear, and was able to obtain a prorated refund for the product (totally unexpected, I just showed him a place in the blind that was worn out). They took the blind, sent it back to Hunter Douglas, and the rest is history. The installation went without a hitch, scheduled on line with plenty of contact and verification of time and date. They took the time to go over the operation of the blinds and even after all that wonderful service, followed up with us to make sure we were completely happy/satisfied. This is my GO TO place for window coverings! So glad I found them!
