Always know your license plate number! And, always know your family member’s plates! You never know when you might need this in a crucial situation. Write it down in a safe place and have it on hand.

GREAT NEWS!!! Retired Deputy Chief Clarence Grier has been located safe and sound in St Petersburg. Thank you to Polk County Sheriff's Office, St. Petersburg Police Department media partners and the many other law enforcement agencies and citizens across the state who helped bring about this happy ending.

UPDATE: A license plate reader detected Grier’s truck north of Ocala this morning around 5:30 am. Mr. Grier’s family has advised he suffers from dementia/Alzheimers. Please continue to share until he is found.

Mr. Grier was last seen leaving a residence near W. 8th Street at approximately 4:30 p.m. He was driving a red 1998 Ford F-150 with tag , wearing jeans and a black jacket. Mr. Grier is 82 years old, 5' 11" and weighs approximately 160 pounds. Mr. Grier’s family has advised he suffers from dementia/Alzheimers.

A license plate reader detected Grier’s truck north of Ocala this morning around 5:30 am. He does have family in Sparta, GA.

Mr. Grier is a retired Deputy Chief with LakelandPD and served with our agency for over 34 years. Please continue to share to help locate him as soon as possible.

Starting tomorrow, September 16th 4:00-5:00pm I will be teaching a body conditioning class at Beverly Body Works, 9815 South Campbell in Evergreen Park. Using weights, bands, and bars, you will get an entire body workout! I pride myself on teaching to all fitness levels, so whether or not you are a novice or new makes no difference!
