Looking ahead to 2026, we’re expanding our reach through a strategic alliance with RiseKit, joining forces to enhance procurement sourcing, employment fairs, and community outreach. Together, we’re connecting talent to opportunity, proving that accountability and impact go hand in hand.

Congratulations to Alicia Garcia-Abner, President of Trinal, a woman- and minority-owned company committed to improving equality in both the construction and transportation industries, and administrator of day-to-day operations. She's been named "Crain's Notable Leader." Creating career pathway programs for Walsh-Fluor on the Chicago Transit Authority's Red and Purple Modernization Project, a collaboration with Chicago Public Schools and City Colleges of Chicago, is one of her recent accomplishments. Additionally, she secured contracts with large construction projects such as Bally's Chicago, the Shedd Aquarium, TranSystems/CSX Transportation, and Norfolk-Southern to serve as workforce development and DEI compliance consultants. Garcia-Abner is a member of the African American Contractors Association, the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, and the U.S. Minority Contractors Association. She also serves on the committee for DEI for the Chicagoland Associated.
