Denise joins BCAT after leading the Career and Professional Education Center at SUNY Buffalo State University for six years, part of a 23-year career in education that also includes Hofstra University, Long Island University, Hilbert College, and D'Youville University. She recently completed a term as president of the SUNY Career Development Association, representing career centers across 64 SUNY campuses.

Supporting BCAT—who delivers workforce development and youth empowerment programming to more than 300 students a year—aligns well with TalentRise’s mission to find great talent to lead impactful organizations.
