We are excited to share that our Founder (and "Chief Education Officer") Jim Shaw, has been selected as one of the 2018 Engineering Leaders Under 40 by Plant Engineering Magazine! This award recognizes professionals under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions to the control engineering or plant engineering industries.

The magazine’s research shows that finding, training and retaining workers is the biggest issue facing manufacturing today. Through our training programs, Fastway Engineering is proud to be tackling this issue every day. We’re empowering engineering professionals by teaching them to solve tough design problems using the latest CAD/CAE software.
