We were a small company serving the medical community and various trades. In early January of 1991 the Persian Gulf War began and most Americans stopped flying. Our next door neighbor at the time ran a limousine business and his call volume dropped to nothing. He asked us if we could take his calls until things resumed. We received a quick education in how to process limo calls and we were rolling

. As his acquaintances would call to see how he was handling things they were surprised a third party solution was viable. Next thing we realized we were the limo and bus answering experts,
we rebranded as AYS Dispatch and took off from there. Almost 38 years later we answer, book and dispatch calls in 18 states and communicate daily with a stable of over 7500 Chauffeurs and drivers. At AYS, we are real live operators taking live calls. Perfect for doctor offices and other service-orientated businesses.
