Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Raheem 🌙✨
Simplicity renders my heart to You, my Lord.
Scooping the satellites off my soul lake,
pouring them into goblets to drink moonlight
from sunken shores.
The woman of blue skin, older than time,
came to whisper: “It is not yet time.
Not yet time to stop, to lay down, to cease.”
Butterflies echoed her voice on vermillion wings,
and I heard them sing from candy-striped cones.
Perplexed, I ego-tripped to a cosmic chocolate bar,
sipping milkshakes of memory —
feeding planets who dodge wars and panic 🍫🦋.
Beloved God, I am what You made me —
a madman, an artist,
a sightseer of the ancient, the now, and the yet-to-be.
I stand calm in the Halflight,
analyzing stars,
weeping for futures unwritten
and for the insanity of today.
> “God is the Light of the heavens and the earth.”
— Qur’an 24:35 🌌
Leadership is a sinking ship.
Few stand for the many;
most steal for themselves
and leave us drowning in contracts of grief.
Evil is the drink of the day,
served on the rocks — no chaser.
Doctors ignore you if you are poor.
They make you wait to die,
then kill you with delay and cold truth:
“You will not survive long.”
I say — I shall live on in my words,
in my visions,
in my ambition and dreams
that travel across time and space.
I shall be a new forever.
> “The kingdom of God is within you.”
— Luke 17:21 🌠
Allah, protect my tribe.
My beloved Lucy — the Lightbringer,
the one who melts stars and holds me whole.
My son Ginger — my tuxedo knight,
my scam-artist general of coupons and courage 🐾.
Let them know my love is a blessing,
a shield, a sanctuary,
a flame that does not go out.
> “The Self is not born, nor does it ever die.
It is unborn, eternal, ancient, everlasting.”
— Bhagavad Gita 2:20 🔥
We are one Earth. 🌍
We are one People.
We are the song that never ends,
the universe eating its own tail
to be reborn again.
I love you eternally.
This is not goodbye,
but hello.
Alhamdulillah.
Ameen.
