At Western Am’s Evans Scholars Day, that looked like supporting the next generation of leaders.

At the Florida Digital Government Summit, it was conversations about how technology can create better outcomes for the people and communities government serves.

At the AM&AA Conference, it was discussions around growth, value creation, and building something that lasts.

And during an executive client briefing with Microsoft, it meant exploring the AI, security, and agent-based technologies shaping the future of business and work.

Across every conversation was a shared commitment to moving things forward—creating opportunities, improving experiences, and strengthening organizations.

Last week, we had the opportunity to welcome Insight President and CEO Jack Azagury at the Inspire11 HQ for breakfast and conversation with our team. We shared updates, exchanged perspectives, and reflected on the opportunities ahead. Thank you, Jack, for taking the time to visit and spend the morning with us.

Meanwhile, in Minneapolis, Elevens gathered for our spring quarterly. Conversations ranged from market trends, recruiting, and sales to stories that highlighted the impact of our work and the people behind it.

Days like these are a reminder that while the work matters, it’s the connections we build with one another that make an impact.

Last week, we had the opportunity to sponsor and attend the annual Make-A-Wish® Illinois Wish Ball in Chicago. It was an evening centered around hope, resilience, and the incredible impact a community can make together.
