Last Sunday, we had the pleasure of joining Wendella Tours & Cruises, for a fun evening at Wrigley Field!

A special thank you to Grace Borgstrom, SACC-Chicago Board Member, and the entire Wendella team for the kind invitation and warm hospitality. The evening began with a reception featuring great food and drinks before heading into the ballpark to cheer on the Chicago Cubs.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow guests and enjoy a summer evening in one of Chicago’s most iconic settings. Thank you, Wendella, for bringing everyone together!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2026 Annual Golf Outing!

We are incredibly grateful to our many guests, sponsors, and volunteers for making this year’s event such a tremendous success!

We enjoyed a fantastic day at The Arboretum Club in Buffalo Grove filled with great golf, friendly competition, and plenty of memorable moments. While the weather added a few extra challenges along the way, it certainly didn’t dampen the enthusiasm on the golf course.

The day concluded with an awards ceremony and raffle drawing, where participants had the opportunity to take home some fantastic prizes. Congratulations to Team Nansen, winners of the Open Category, and Team Smörgås Birdies, winners of the Handicap Category!

Last night, we had the honor of welcoming Mats Lederhausen for a thoughtful and engaging conversation on leadership, innovation, sustainability, and the values shaping the future. A warm thank you to Mats for sharing his time, wisdom, and inspiring perspective with our community.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Stefan Gruvberger and the David Rubenstein Forum at the University of Chicago for hosting us in such a beautiful venue and helping create a memorable evening.
