Thanks to the generosity and Strategic Partnership of Expansive Workspace in Madison, WI - COO, Chloe Scott (also my daughter), and I have had a fantastic time working diligently to create The Culture Fix Academy 's inaugural certification camp.

Looking forward to certifying our Actuators this week and giving them everything they need to bring culture Alive, make them Thrive and use them to Drive performance.

This “breaking through wood” with our bare hands was a fun experience that emphasized how much of what we do is mental. Belief, focus, visualization and committing to the task were more important than technique. And of course the reward represented immediate gratification! 👋

The wood wasnt from my beloved Baobab tree (one of our values) but the exercise did get me thinking about the descriptive behaviors that the Baobab tree represents for us: stoicism and being reliable or doing what you say. And of course you can test us on this value. 💪

– Security Equipment Corporation started adopting The Culture Fix in 2016, even before the first book was written! Of course their story is weaved throughout The Culture Fix and even inspired the cultural definition of our fictional company, Everco, in The Gift of Culture.It was a pleasure to check in with Robin Kakta and all the good work she continues to do to provide a caring yet accountable environment for their growing team of 170+ employees.

Their culture has never been stronger and it shows in their performance in spite of the difficulties of current market challenges. Thank you for caring about the culture in your company

What a great experience it was to lead a Culture Workshop for Entrepreneurs' Organization - Boston Chapter - EO Boston .

We got the room thinking about the values and purpose of their companies, and discussed the importance of achieving Culture Fulfillment, so their employees and businesses can truly thrive.

Thank you to Glenn and everyone who came out to attend the event, and to EO for the opportunity to lead this workshop. I absolutely love helping fellow business owners tap into their true culture potential. 🙌
