By the time someone fills out your intake form or schedules a discovery call, they’ve practically already made their choice.

So, how do you win over potential leads BEFORE they hop on a call with you to seal off that remaining 20%?

Usually for two reasons:

1. Clients respond to your request with an enthusiastic, “sure, I’m happy to send a testimonial!” . . . and then never send it. 👻
