For Mary, some of the best parts of the job happen in the moments when we get to connect and support one another.

She loves our Monday morning meetings, catching up with the team, and starting the week together. She also finds a lot of meaning in being able to help a CMG patient who reaches out looking for support.

It's a pretty good reminder that sometimes the most rewarding part of our work is simply being there for someone when they need it. 💛

We don't expect perfection. We do believe in a certain level of excellence, and so much of the client experience comes down to details that may seem small but make a big difference.

Listening more than talking. Asking how a client prefers to communicate. Remembering the details that matter to them. Communicating openly. Celebrating when they choose to work with us. Following through. Being thoughtful.
