As many of you know, championing women of all ages in tech isn't just what I do—it's who I am at my core. So when the Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore asked me to mentor at their 2025 Leadership Conference, I was absolutely thrilled!

Being a Girl Scout (Brownie) alumna myself, this moment feels beautifully full circle. I can't wait to meet over a hundred incredible Girl Scouts and connect with the inspiring women mentors who are shaping the next generation of leaders and innovators.

Fridays are high-emotion days lately. Today is AMAZING!
Finalized the details for next week on "The Batman" screen (if you haven't seen it - scroll back a few posts.

Finalized my travel for my next AI speaking engagement at SLOSS Tech in Birmingham, Alabama (let me know if you will be there).

Final thoughts coming off Marquette (2) loss to NC State (11)…

An inability to pivot ends it all.

Ranking doesn’t always tell the whole picture.

When there is only one opportunity to show up- momentum and small consistent wins is more powerful. (Think tortoise and the hair.)

When your competitors are having success it can distract you from your own strategy and in many cases logic.

For all the entrepreneurs- if Marquette had been a startup - this inability to pivot while they burned money would have lost them their company.
