ou at top of mind. We wanted to give those in the cosmetology industry the opportunity to own and operate their own business without the unavoidable stress and high start-up costs. We have done this by taking many of the common responsibilities of a salon owner into our own hands. We provide you with a fully furnished suite that is both inviting and relaxing for you and your clientele. We allow our tenants 24/hr access to Phenix, giving you the opportunity to set your own schedule without the constraints of minimal hours of operation. We have a salon coordinator onsite to assure everything running smooth for both you and your clients. We also know you are creative and want the freedom to express yourself, so we encourage our tenants to paint/decorate their own suite!
