AI adoption is moving fast. But are organizations keeping up with the people expected to use it?

New Gallup/SCSP research found that while 51% of Americans now use AI, only 16% have received AI training from their employer.

That gap matters.

AI training shouldn’t stop at learning how to prompt a tool. People also need to understand when to rely on AI, when to question it, and what still requires human judgment.
