Suya is a popular Nigerian street food featuring thinly sliced, skewered beef, chicken, or organ meats marinated in a spices. It’s definitely one of my favorites and this is the first time I paired it with Masa which is a popular Northern Nigerian fermented rice cake made from soaked and ground rice.
