Today my daddy is going into the hospital for his CAR T-cell therapy (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell therapy) is an innovative immunotherapy used to treat certain types of cancer. It involves modifying a patient's own T cells (a type of immune cell) in a laboratory. These CARs are designed to target specific proteins on cancer cells.

Once the modified CAR T cells are infused back into the patient's bloodstream, they can recognize and ATTACK cancer cells that express the targeted protein. This treatment has shown promising results in treating certain types of blood cancers, he has multiple myeloma. It’s been 2 yrs now and we are ALL PRAYING this CAR T-cell therapy helps him tremendously. Please keep my dad, Reverend Darius Thomas in your prayers.
