I, Coach Amie Krueger, Certified with USA Swimming, have coached and grown many swim teams in the past. I have also worked various industries: retail management, corporate sales, bar/service/banquet industry, and many more. Nothing has been more gratifying and fulfilling than the business I am running on my own. At SWIM with CK, I get to work with individuals from infants and toddlers, to teenagers trying to make the row and/or swim teams, triathletes (learning how to swim to improving their technique), engaged/married couples, and adults that have never learned and want to. To see the look on their face and reading their body language with a new sense of ease in the water, after trying so hard, when they get it... is the best feeling of fulfillment I could have. Swimming is not only a great sport and the best cardio workout without stress to your body, it is a life saving skill. To have fun at the beach, boating, and pool: the best thing you could ever do is know how to swim for yourself and those around you! Take the opportunity to learn or improve with one on one swim lessons with Coach Krueger. It is more of a "Mommy/Daddy's Day Out" type of Nannying. You get the nurturing care for your child that an every day nanny would give without the full time in home help a nanny mainly provides. I also babysit different days and times of the week dependent on my schedule. It helps to know there is a responsible, certified, and loving adult with your child on those days and times you can not be with them.

Please Be Extra Safe this Holiday Weekend!

This is a great safety guide for children swimming in lakes and swimming pools. The color of the bathing suit can make it easier or more difficult to see children while they are swimming. This is a good reminder to always have adult supervision when children are swimming.
