We're a staffing firm that is focused on you! Our client is a health care provider, located in the Downer Groves area. They are looking to fill a number of Inside Sales Representative in their call center.

In this position you will:
- Receive inbound calls from potential patients and advise them on available healthcare options.
- Make outbound calls to patients who had requested more information on the available healthcare services.
- Schedule appointments for a professional evaluation by a team of doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals at no additional cost to the patients.
- Build positive work relationship with patients to enhance the image and public perception of a company.
- Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls
- Ensure call records are properly stored and organized in a call center database
- Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a call centers (preferably as an Inside Sales Representative).
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher education preferred.
- Phone etiquette
