I am attending the largest gathering of Human Resources professionals, SHRM 2019, in Las Vegas gaining some great insight to put into practice. Yesterday we heard from Martha Stewart on how she has built her businesses and how she is preparing for the future.

A couple of key takeaways I found from her was for us to always be curious and to keep accepting of change, look for it.

Just finished listening to Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer at Facebook. One takeaway was for us to help others in need of assistance by doing something specific as opposed to just letting them know you are available to help.
