KG's Jerrod Rosen negotiated the sale of Centro Ristorante at 6 W. Hubbard. A noodle concept by Imperial Group is slated to open later this year. Imperial Group currently has over 30 restaurants worldwide. This will be their first North American post.

Kudan Group’s Jerrod Rosen facilitated the sale of Centro Ristorante at 6 West Hubbard Street. The 6,558 square foot restaurant occupied the Hubbard and Wabash corner for the last two years.
