The Chicago Business Center is a two-building complex with approximately 683,000 square feet, situated on 17 acres of land in the Bringhton Park area of the southwest of Chicago. The second, is a single story 360,000 square feet warehouse. For most of the 20th century, the subject property was asset of the Campbell Soup Company and utilized for soup processing and warehousing, up until the late 1980's, because of its superior distribution, location and building facility. Most recently the property was used as a distribution facility and corporate office for Union Liquors Company. The property offers unique amenities similar to modern distribution facilities, with significant frontage along I-55 and is within 6 miles of the Chicago loop and Central Business District.
