Responsibilities
Located in the heart of Chicago on the 46th floor of the Willis Tower, Sales University Group, a newly formed
Division of Sales Empowerment Group is seeking confident and highly motivated individuals with 0‐5 years of
experience to join our fast growing team. The role is an inside sales position primarily focused on setting new appointments, lead generation and
developing prospect lists for a variety of organizations that you will be partnered with during various initiatives. A majority of your day will be spent on the phone developing new opportunities which will reside in a wide
range of industries. You will be trained by & work directly with the Director of Sales and as the organization
develops you will have the opportunity to pursue additional inside or outside positions, management or
leadership opportunities. Qualifications
0‐5 years of experience. Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts and be passionate about leveraging the
phone to drive opportunity. Display professional persistence. Inside sales or outbound calling experience a plus. General Interests and Aptitudes
Outgoing, confident, positive and energetic. Coachable and open to learning new practices. Great listener with the ability to deliver a clear message over the phone. Likes to work in a fun team environment. Sales University Group Description
