The elections are not over- today is Local School Council Election Day in Chicago Public Schools.
Parents and guardians can vote at report card pickup.
LSCs help oversee budgets, school operations, and Principal selection. They are a key layer of accountability in every school.
If you see anything concerning, document it carefully: the location, the people involved, any witnesses, and what happened. Then, file a challenge with CPS Local School Council Relations during the challenge period.

Remember:
-No electioneering within 100 feet.
-No campaign materials inside the school.
-Ballots should be properly issued and authenticated by the judges.
