What we do

Dig In UX uses human-centered, experienced-based research and strategies to solve problems and meet challenges for museum, cultural and social impact clients. This approach is in formed by decades of experience in the digital design industry, where it’s used for rapid, confident decision-making.

We help our clients move forward informed by deep knowledge of audience, visitor or student motivations and expectations. To delve deeply into motivational and inspirational topics, roots of behavior, and decision-making, we interface with real people having real experiences.

We don’t write reports. Instead, our deliverables focus on communicating complex data visually, so downstream teams don’t need to ‘interpret’ it, but can consume it directly, immediately moving on to crafting a responsive design, reaction, or solution.
