We've been in business for over 50 years and pride ourselves in putting people first. Allevity is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). We serve as an off-site human resources department handling payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and risk management. Through a shared employment relationship our clients can focus on the revenue-generating aspects of their business. Our goal is to help companies increase their profitability and productivity while reducing their liability and saving them time and money.

It’s hard to say goodbye to our furry friends but fostering is the greatest gift. “Congratulations to Sunny, my first foster ever, who just went to his forever home on Saturday! Sunny was such a delightful guy to foster, just a great, funny little gentleman who I watched decompress and blossom. Letting him go was hard, even after only a few weeks.” Thank you, Robin, for your gift of fostering.

Payroll Appreciation Week 2026 is in the books. Our marvelous payroll team enjoyed an amazing charcuterie board and received gift cards for local businesses: Made in Chico, Upper Crust, Spiteri’s, New Earth, Day Camp Coffee, and Big Tuna. Our remote workers enjoyed specialized items tailored for them. One of them received a gift card for Centinela Feed, a pet store in LA that’s been family owned for over 40 years.
Thank you to our payroll team for your day-in-and-day-out work to get us paid. Your time and effort are very much appreciated. Thank you, Robin, for putting this together.

Allevity teammate Susan Owen, Recruiting Manager, and her horse Dillon competed in the 2026 West Coast Reining Horse Association Star Spangled Slide and took home the Grand Champion and two Reserve Champions at the Reno Livestock Event Center, July 12 – 19, 2026. Dillon gets Coors Light as a reward for performing well. Congratulations, Susan and Dillon.
