First year in business, in the books!
I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who has supported me over the past year. Because of this Rudy Smith Insurance Services continues to grow, and I am humbled by the journey this past year has given me. A father (long time friend/client) and his son came into my office to add him to the policy. As I was going though the benefits of insurance, the son takes out his phone and starts texting!
Without missing a beat I slam my hands on the desk and shout "BAM!! You're dead!"...."Don't text and drive"
"Insurance can't help you if your dead."The son was shocked and mortified, the father couldn't stop smiling.
I moved on to talk about full coverage.

I once had a client with twin boys who where close to driving age.
He asked "Rudy how much will my policy go up when we add the boys" without skipping a beat I said "double it"
He laughed
I didn't
I just slide the box of tissues on my desk in front of him, and let him have a moment.

Ok that's not true! nothing is like eating a delicious cupcake, besides eating a delicious cupcake!
However....
Getting into a car accident, and having your Amazing Insurance Agent take care of everything for you, is like getting 100 puppy kisses! And that's a fact!
