Please stay safe when using your fireplace units. If you notice any smoke entering the home or strange noises (much like a freight train) coming from inside your chimney/fireplace, immediately extinguish your fire and call us for an appointment. This is usually an indication of a clog and can cause major damage to your home, property, and most importantly, can end in fatality.

This elderly customer couldn't figure out why her clothes weren't . She even purchased a brand new and thinking it was her ! We knew right away what the issue was and advised her not to use the dryer until we could arrive and . Sure enough, she was 100% . We filled her 13gal waste basket with , , and a ...twice!! She is now safe to use her dryer free of and making use of her .

Call us and have your dryer system completely cleared out at least once per year, minimum. This is super important and overlooked way too often!

You may clean the inside of your fireplace/insert well, but the chimney will build up over time. This is a small example of what comes down the chimney after a sweep is done.

Yes, we are right in the middle of burn season, but guess what we also use the MOST when it's cold out?! The clothes dryer!

It's possible that you're thinking, "Ah...it's too late. I'm already using the fireplace and besides that it would be hot before JB arrived to do the work."

We had a customer this morning that used her fireplace last night because that's her only heat source. JB arrived at his scheduled appt time of 8:30am and was able to take care of all the needs required to keep this family safe and warm all winter long!
