Join our team of dedicated Security Professionals – lauded by military.com as a top employer in this industry. As an Eagle Eye Agent, you will work as part of a team to protect and secure our clients, their assets and property. Residential Security Officers must be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must.

What you'll do:

Make operational decisions that enhance safety for the principals.
Effectively and tactfully engage with the principals, visitors and other team members.
Safeguard the principal/family, and their residence.
Maintain and manage security logs.
Conduct static security posts.
Comport oneself in a manner that reflects well on Eagle Eye and the client.
Eagle Eye Flex, Seasonal Agents will be called on to work 90 - 120 days a year (minimum 1 shift, maximum 4 shifts per week, night and weekend availability is required)

Job Requirements:
Hawaii Guard Card
First aid / CPR /AED certificate

Experience:
Security: One year or more (required)
Prior Military or Law Enforcement (not required)
EMT (not required)

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
