Cleaned out the barn and got the ewes and their lambs out on grass over the past few weeks. Thanks to everyone that supported us last Easter weekend at the Chestertown Farmer's Market, we just about sold out of everything!

In addition to our lamb, we will have a variety of chocolates available at the Chestertown Farmer's market on Saturday. Perfect to give out to friends and family for St. Valentine's Day!

With the weather being cold and wet we have the ewes tucked away in the hoop barn for the winter. First pen -Ewe lambs currently being bred with ram.
Second pen - ewes nursing lambs.
Pens off to side - lambing jugs with ewes that just lambed today.
Back two pens - weaned lambs being fed out, next group is being sent to market in a couple of weeks.
There is also another barn with 23 ewes all due to lamb end of March beginning of April. Hopefully by the middle of March there will be enough grass growing where they can be back on pasture!

Ultrasounded ewes today for our January lambing, gave a second round of CDT vaccination and sent the ram back out for the March lambing group.
