Piping Estimator / Project Manager
PCI Services (Process Construction) is currently seeking to fulfill a fulltime piping estimator / project manager position. Our estimating / PM team provides bids, project management and consulting for our customer’s mechanical needs as well as field support for our foreman, pipe fitters and welders.

Job duties more specifically include but are not limited to:

- Estimating of new piping installation projects utilizing the latest in estimating software. This includes stripping drawings, site visits, project walk-thru’s, etc.
- Project Management of new commercial & industrial projects; including ongoing site visits, tracking of costs & performance with the utilization of our accounting software, material & equipment ordering/tracking, etc.
- Ongoing consulting and support to new and existing customers for ongoing mechanical maintenance.
- Support for our field personnel related to scheduling, material specification, material orders & shipping, technical support, etc.
- Developing and building strong relationship with existing and new customers.
- And much more.

Qualifications:
- Previous field experience in the mechanical piping industry.
- Education in the mechanical industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in bidding and running mechanical piping projects.
- Proven sales abilities.
- A strong working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Proper organization skills, entrepreneurial, a strong work ethic, and leadership capabilities.

Interested in joining our team? We're looking to fill a fulltime Plumbing Office Assistant and Dispatcher position. The primary duty of this position is to provide operational, dispatch, and bidding support to our plumbing management team. This position would handle dispatching duties, customer follow-ups, communication with field plumbers, and support to our plumbing management with estimating and other day to day needs of the department.

Job duties more specifically include but are not limited to:
- Fielding incoming calls and follow-up communication with new and existing customers.
- Organizing our call log and handling all phone calls and related dispatching with our field plumbers.
- Working with our accounting department to reconcile paperwork.
- Assisting our plumbing management staff with material and equipment quotes / ordering, searching for product data, completing various paperwork requirements.

As we are all aware, the growing concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to impact our society and economy. Every day brings new regulations and changes set forth by our federal, state, and local officials. At PCI, our top priority is the safety of our team, our customers, other contractors, and anyone else that is involved on a jobsite in which we are working while also providing high quality work in a timely manner.

We fully understand that our client’s business operations must continue; maintenance, service, and projects must carry on and PCI is committed to working together to safely make that happen. We want to make it clear that our operations are still fully functional, and we are here to work with you to navigate through these tough times. We have been fortunate to enjoy strong relationships and work as a team with our customers over the years. That has never seemed more important than now as we are all in this together to overcome the economical and health crisis that we face today.

On March 22nd and 23rd Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana all issued executive orders that closed down certain businesses and put “stay at home” policies in place. Each of these orders however, declared that essential businesses continue to operate. This includes the mechanical services we provide. We are continuing to monitor all news conferences, press releases, etc. which may create additional changes. Please communicate to us any additional policy changes, schedule adjustments, or safety requirements that may occur at your work site due to the virus.
