I find it very interesting that the top cruise ship companies lost $900 Million a month during the height pandemic. Large consumer based companies have had to learn how to pivot in this period. Have you seen the pivots of industries that rely so heavily on consumers? Notice their relaunching strategies. Through the relaunching strategies of these business we may notice a new example on how to sensitively roll out a product/ service.
