There is something incredibly powerful about watching young leaders gain language for things they already knew, felt, and experienced. ❤️
Leadership Lab II focused on equipping young leaders with the tools, language, and understanding to turn lived experiences into systems insights.
We practiced moving from:
Experience → Pattern → Intent → Gap → Systems Insight → Question
And they GOT IT. 🙌🏾
They identified gaps. They challenged assumptions. They asked who holds decision-making power, what happens after feedback is collected, and where communication breaks down.
Most importantly, they began connecting the framework to spaces they are already navigating.
Lived experience isn't only a story to be shared.
It is knowledge that can help us understand how systems are actually functioning.
When young people have the language and tools to translate what they know into systems-level observations and questions, we aren't simply preparing them to participate in rooms.
We're equipping them to help those rooms think differently.
So incredibly proud of these young leaders and the systems thinkers they are becoming. 💚
