My Bourbon Vanilla Extract recipe!

Whenever I make vanilla I get questions about how I make, so I thought it’s time for another post with what I do!

Bottle of your desired bourbon
Madagascar vanilla beans - I grab a 10 pack on Amazon for $12 (a bargain for vanilla beans)

Slice all the beans in half, stick them in the bourbon, put the lid on, shake and store for at least 6 months! You can then start using it for baking but the longer it sits the more flavorful.

Typically people use vodka but I like bourbon more and it adds more flavor!

My kids are obsessed with brushing their teeth, and ever since I grabbed Grin Oral Care from Target they keep asking to brush their teeth in the car! The little pre-pasted toothbrushes are “Razzle Dazzle” flavor and also smell amazing. They are also great for when we have a late night - they can brush their teeth before we get home in case they fall asleep in the car!

Because every parent’s nightmare is having to wake your kid up after they pass out in the car lol 😆
