Business Owners: One thing I've learned in my own experience of building my team is to hire the "right" teammates. My business requires each of my Business Managers bka "Business Baby Mamas" (inside joke), to provide "customized" support to our clients. I have learned that I can NOT have my hand in everyone's pot nor can I carry distrust in my teammates abilities. I CAN NOT do it ALL by myself, especially when my company is getting more clients. It is imperative that I know what is going on in my business. But the day to day will eventually be handed to my own Business Management team. So, my lesson to myself is:

Only bring on teammates that I truly believe can meet the needs of my company. But I also have to learn to do make adjustments in order to make space for new teammates when I initially realize that someone isn't as strong in meeting my companies needs.

I have seen successful businesses crumble because of our fear and anxiety of others not providing the same standards. For every 5 people who won't, there are 2 people who will. Trust your self & your team.
