The FHA just announced a major shift in mortgage credit scoring and it could open new doors for prospective homeowners.

Newer scoring models like VantageScore 4.0 and FICO 10T are expected to provide a more updated view of a buyer’s financial habits, including more recent credit behavior and payment trends. [fhfa.gov]

So what does that mean for YOU?

It may create more opportunity and a clearer path toward qualifying for a home loan.

A powerful day of connection, resources, and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for HOME STRONG, in collaboration with NAACP Cincinnati. From homeowners to community partners and vendors, this event brought together the people and resources needed to help individuals protect their homes, preserve their value, and build lasting wealth.

From conversations around appraisal bias to access to home repair programs and estate planning, attendees walked away with real tools and real solutions.
This is what it looks like when organizations come together with a shared mission, to educate, empower, and uplift our community.
