We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Federal Home Loan Bank for a private Understanding DiSC program, led by XLC facilitator Ben McCall!

Through this hands-on session, participants gained deeper insight into their own behavioral styles and learned practical strategies for strengthening communication and collaboration across their teams.

XLC’s Leveraging AI with Critical Thinking is a half-day program on June 23rd that teaches you how to get the most out of AI tools by pairing them with strong critical thinking skills. We had a fantastic afternoon with the Xavier University Division for Strategic Enrollment Management!

XLC facilitator Mike Koch led the group through a half-day workshop centered on productivity, time management, and prioritization, equipping the SEM team with strategies to make the most of their time and energy every single day.
