The 2010s marked a defining chapter in the evolution of Xavier Leadership Center.

Under the leadership of Len Brzozowski, Bruce Miller, and Carol Turchick, XLC expanded its executive leadership offerings, strengthened certificate programs, and deepened its connection with Xavier’s Williams College of Business and the corporate community.

From our home in Smith Hall to our growing role in executive education, corporate partnerships, and EMBA immersions, the Leadership Center became an increasingly important bridge between Xavier and the business community.
