Owners Julie and Tony Roberts and Mike Parsons acquired SERVPRO of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati several years ago from previous ownership, the Hartkes, and have opened new locations in Cincinnati since then. 🎉 Huge shoutout to the Orange Heart Collective, a remarkable women-led philanthropic group from the SERVPRO franchise system! Including one of our co-owners, Julie Roberts!

Their recent brunch raised an incredible $75,000 for the First Responders Children's Foundation (FRCF) and they also auctioned unique items, bringing in an additional $43,000! From Ed Sheeran concert tickets to a custom bourbon package and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade tickets, the generosity was overflowing!

John Sooker, CEO of Servpro Industries, LLC, expressed his pride in supporting first responders and their families alongside the Orange Heart Collective. Together, we are making a difference!

Join us April 30th for a FREE virtual Continuing Education course: Deodorization of Malodors️ 💨

Professionals with an insurance license in the state(s) of Kentucky, Ohio, and/or Indiana ONLY are eligible to receive credits for this class.

You'll then receive a confirmation email from Zoom containing the course Meeting ID and Password.

A few things to note:

***Continuous camera and audio connection is required.

***There is a registration check-in window that opens 1 hour before official class start and closes 10 minutes before class start to verify your identity, confirm audio and camera connection, as well as your NPN and Insurance License Number. The Zoom meeting invite will include this check-in window.

***Check-in closes 10 minutes prior to class. We are not permitted to allow anyone into class after this time.

***Once checked in, you will be placed in a "waiting room" until official class start. You may proceed with your usual tasks while in this waiting room, as we check in everyone, until brought back into the call for the course to begin.

Reminder emails about virtual class protocol will be sent out as we near the scheduled date.
