You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
These positions required customer service representatives to be able to self-manage due to working completely remotely.1099 contract worker, you are responsible for having your own equipment (Smartphone, computer, internet, USB headset). You are also responsible for your certification class All candidates must have a computer before class, all candidates will have to complete certification classes before taking calls. All positions require candidates to take inbound calls.

§ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
§ Ability to build rapport with clients
